Stand up against a wall and dribble very fast against the wall. It will develop your ball handling.

Take two balls and dribble
You run down court and when approachind a defender, you use your good hand and spin around keeping the ball in front of you dribbling once while turnind.
You bounce the ball between both of your legs then through your opponets to trick em out. This always works with me but u need to practice it a lot.
