The entire team gets in one line on the baseline with the first person at the corner. He sprints up the sideline until he reaches the foul line and then he breaks down and slides all the way across the court in a defensive stance. When he reaches the other sideline he runs to half court and slides all the way across to the other sideline, once he reaches that sideline he runs up the sideline to free throw line and slides across to other side, then he runs to baseline and slides across to the other end and waits for entire team to catch up.
Try to get to the other end of the court by breaking through the 5 person defense.

Coach dribbles the ball going to the basket, but you are taking the baseline. Tell the player to get the closest foot and put it on the out of bounds line, and take the other foot and put on the other side of the coach.
