Roll over

This will confuse your opponent but be sure to keep it simple and as fast as you can because it involes a little sneaky carrying.

Heel lifts

Cones

This is quick and easy.

3 cone lay-up drill

First, set up 3 cones on both of the elbows, and 1 in the middle of the lane. Start on the right/left baseline and dribble to the first cone then do a crossover or a spin move, then go to the center cone, and do the same, as for the other cone on the elbow. Then drive hard to the basket, and do a lay-up (you could do a jumpshot also). Do this drill 10 times with right and left handed lay-up and you’ll improve, in not only lay-ups, but in stamina, and conditioning
