180 dribble

It like a figure eight but you do the half of that drill.

Instructions

Grab a basketball or tennis ball, it doesn’t matter. You dribble to the side of your calf and keep on dribbling until you get to the other side of your calf.

While doing the drill with a basketball do small dribbles
