One of those drills that pushes you to your limit.

Instructions

First stand on the baseline. Run all the way to the end of the court and back, that’s one. Do 3 of those, take a 1min rest, then do 5 more. Take a 2 min rest and finally finish up with seven. Make sure you finish strong.

Tips

Always try your hardest and push yourself into thinking you can do it and you will =)
