3 cone lay-up drill
Instructions
First, set up 3 cones on both of the elbows, and 1 in the middle of the lane. Start on the right/left baseline and dribble to the first cone then do a crossover or a spin move, then go to the center cone, and do the same, as for the other cone on the elbow. Then drive hard to the basket, and do a lay-up (you could do a jumpshot also). Do this drill 10 times with right and left handed lay-up and you’ll improve, in not only lay-ups, but in stamina, and conditioning
Variations
Works on all three elements, and possibly gets you warmed up.
Tips
Try not to lose your dribble, and keep your head up at all-times.
