32 point game
Competitive shooting workout.
Instructions
Begin with one player from the corner three; shoot the ball, and bring it back to the three, pumpfake, and dribble in to about 15 feet and launch another; get the rebound and bring it back to the three; pumpfake and dribble in and make a layup. Do this from all five angles; the two corners, the two wings, and the top of the key. Threes count as three points, 15 footers count as two points, and layups count as one point. Then, shoot two freethrows. Time yourself- next get the second person to do the same. Whoever scores the highest and in the least time wins.
Variations
none
Tips
Always hold your follow-through for 2 seconds and get the rebound; if you shoot and go after it, the shot either ends up flat or long, because the force being carried forward as you go after it influences the flight of the ball.
