60 second drill
This is a drill that really helps your endurance and speed.
Instructions
Have players line up on one sideline. When you say “go”, count to 60 seconds. The players must run from sideline to sideline 16 times in one minute. Each side line they reach counts as one. The 16 touches must be completed in a minute.
