Start with 8 suicides, this should be done in 8 min. When the 1st player gets done, start the clock for 2 min. When the last player gets done, start the next drill. If the 2 min. is up, this makes every player to run hard.

Start at one corner of the gym, have the best player lead this drill. Tell players to start running, each player must get back to the coach in 10 sec. Run around the gym, jog around to coach, sprint jog, sprint, jog, total of 8 times around gym, every time your best player runs past a player 4 times that player will run after practice. This again should be done in 8 min. First player done start the time at 2 min. Start the next drill after the 2 min.

Last drill is the 18 which is 18 laps around the gym, again have your best condition player to start the drill. If he or she passes a player 5 times that player will run extra laps.

Skills

Very good for 1st. 2 days of preseason. You can use this on your players if the team is not on task.
