Animal drill

Put 3 players in the paint. Coach shoots and misses. Whoever gets rebound goes 1 on 2. Work on pump fakes and going up strong. Scorer rotates out as sub comes in. You must score to get a quick rest.

Instructions

Groups of 3-4 with coach or player to shoot.
