Ballhandling coordination
This short workout everyday will make you a great ballhandler!
Instructions
Take a ball and go in circles around your head the fastest you can for 30 times. Then do the same around your waist. Finally, you get down bending your knees the furthest you can and do it 30 times. Do with both hands.
Tips
Look u when you go and bend your knees.
Skills
Knowing where the ball is when you dribble.
