Baseline dribbiling

Dribble two balls up and down the court.

Instructions

Get two balls, start at the baseline and dribble the balls at the same time to the end of the court. Then turn around and do the same thing but dribble at about a second apart.

Tips

Keep your head up, don\‘t look at the ball.
