Instructions

shoot the ball fom a spot that you usualy miss but not airball run to the net and grab the ball above your head with your elbows out but dont bring the ball down keep it high and put it back up

Variations

pretend it is a defensive rebound and look for the outlet pass.

Tips

use your hight advantage keep the ball high.if you bring it down someone smaller will take it
