Bunny hops
Really helps you strengthen your legs. The most important part of being a good basketball player is having strong legs, without them, you’re nothing.
Instructions
Stand up one baseline at any side of the court. Get really low. Turn your body just a little bit as if in a defensive stance, and bunny hop backwards across to the other baseline. Do this drill about 7 or 8 times a day.
Tips
Do it, just do it. It will hurt the first few days, you will get sore but just do it. Trust me, it helps a lot.
