Burpees
This is not a drill, it is one of the hardest no weights workouts.
Instructions
Start by jumping as high as you can and swing your arms. Then, after you land, drop so your feet are back ready for a pushup and your hands are where your feet were. Do a pushup. return to standing position. That’s one.
Variations
Remove the pushup if it is too hard. You can make it harder with one arm pushups or clapping pushups.
Tips
Do these as punishment. Remember, anything over 10 can be damaging if you’re in bad shape.
Skills
Develops jumping, arm strength, and a hate for whoever made you do these.
