Chair passin’ drill
Helps players learn accuracy when passing…lots of fun!
Instructions
For every player you have minus one, get a chair and make a big circle. One player stands in the middle while the other players pass around the circle. Passing while sitting down encourages better accuracy and thinking. It also strengthens arm muscles. If someone makes a bad pass, or misses a pass, then they go to the middle.
Variations
As they get better you can add more players to the middle.
Tips
Try to have your players NOT pass to the person directly to their right or left. encourage them to fake pass and not telegraph their passes.
