Chair Shots

Set up chairs so you can shoot.

Instructions

Place chairs at the half court line, one at the right side of the free throw line, one on the left side of the free throw line. Run from the 3/4 court line to the half court chair and when you get there do a spin move, a cross over, or something to get around the chair. Then run to the free throw line chair and spin to the other chair so you’re behind the chair and jump as high as you can and shoot.

Variations

Spin off the chair you shot off of and do a lay-up or dunk.

Tips

Go as fast as you can.
