Cut and pivot into a shot.

Instructions

Have 2 on one side and 2 on the other, standing inline with the free throw line. Take 2 steps to the basket and then sprint to the free throw line. Pivot on your inside leg and take the shot. (Email me for more details).

Variations

Right pivot and left pivot.

Tips

Walk to the basket then sprint to the free throw line.
