Instructions

Running drills-while bouncing ball
1. Butt kicks
2. Knees to chest
3. Giant skips
4. Backwards jog
5. Carrioca run
6. Bounding
Have players do these exercises the full length of the court. When they reach the opposite end have them do the same drill coming back.
