Dribbling suicides

This is a drill that is similar to suicides, but you are dribbling with a ball and you are doing layups or jump shots which ever you prefer.

Instructions

You run the drill by taking the ball and running to the freethrow line and sprint back with the ball and layup. Then you go to the half court line and sprint back and layup and you continue this until you finish an normal suicide. You do this drill on left and right side. This also can be used for shooting. You also should do this drill at least 5 to 10 times.

Dribbling, conditioning and finishing in transition.

Tips

You should do this drill in private warmup before games and at least 3 times a week.

Skills

In this drill you will develop speed with the ball, dribbling skills, layups on a fast break or shooting on a fast break and conditioning.
