Explosion for explosive vertical leap
This drill is pretty tough. If you want to jump higher this is something you can try if you have well developed stamina.
Instructions
Jump as high as you can by bringing your knees to your chest. After you touch the ground immediately jump as high as you can again.
Do 20 explosions and rest for 2 minutes. This completes a set. Do 3 sets a day. Three days a week.
If this is too hard, do 10 explosions instead of 20. If it’s too easy (or when it will become easy), you can try with weights. But first consult your doctor to make sure you don’t get a water on your knee.
Tips
Not sure which NBA players have done this, so I won’t say anything.
