Foot quickness 101
This drill improves your foot quickness greatly.
Instructions
Close your eyes try jumping on your left foot 3 times and then on your right foot 3 times and then on both feet 3 times. Try to do this in under 30 sec. Then when you get it down decrease the time by 5 sec.
Variations
You can do 4, 5, 6, 7,or 8 times on each foot but keep it under 30 sec.
Tips
Work on this drill whenever you can. It’s very simple and easy and you can do it anywhere. When you’re going to class, walking to a friends house, or even when your bored. But when you’re walking somewhere keep your eyes open!
