Free throw drill
5 push-ups for every free throw missed.
Instructions
Shoot two or three free throws. For every one you miss that is 5 push-ups. Do this as many times as possible.
Tips
Do this on a regular basis.
Skills
This drill gives you a sense of 4th quarter fatigue when you are shooting free throws.
