Instructions
From baseline player sprints to half court, Slides to the other side of the court, runs backwards to the end of the basline, slides from the side of the one basline to the other, sprints while player 2 is passing them a ball for a layup.
Variations
Instea of a lay up a jumpshot or dunk may be used.
Tips
Use with game intensity.
Repeat and do it for a certain amount of made shots such as 30.
