Hustle and flow

2 teams race to the ball in order to be offense.

Instructions

Two equal number teams are on the sidelines. Each person has a designated number. Coach places a ball on the center circle. Coach then yells out a number (corresponding to the students numbers). Students with that number rush to the ball. The person who gets the ball is on offense and tries to score on the person who did not pick up the ball. Coach can name out 2 or more numbers, therefore, allowing for more people on defense. Students who are still on the sidelines can still be used while this is going on. They can be passed to while the drill is going on. However, they must stay on the sideline.

Tips

Make sure the students remind you what numbers you have missed.
