interval training-helps endurance a lot
A pretty hard drill but pays off greatly
Instructions
Go on any running terrain and run as fastast as you can 1 lap then jog the next do this every other day and you will be able to run up and down the court nonstop all game.
Variations
if it is too hard then only go half speed untill you can sprint a whole lap.
