Jog and pass

Best way to warm up for a basketball match.

Instructions

Divide yourselves equally and make two lines at the half court facing each other. Keep jogging and the first person in either line passes the ball to the first player of the other line and joins the end of the line. Then the first person of the other line passes the ball to the second person of the first line and joins the end of the line. And the drill carries on like this.

Tips

Keep jogging and give a chest pass, or you can also give an overhead or bounce pass. Be quick.
