Jump Strengthing
Jump and Throw basketball off back board ten times
Instructions
Take a Basketball and Then go on the left or right side of back board in front of the goal and jump then release the ball and hit the back board in one spot everytime you jump. Do this 10 Times and then do it on other Side of Rim/Goal.
