Instructions

First start from in front of the foul line and dribble as you take a step.
Then you drive in as if you were about to do a layup but slow down, pull your right hand (or left) up and put the ball above your head as you shoot it. GET INTO A BOX OUT POSITION EXACTLY AS YOU SHOOT IT TO GET YOUR REBOUND.

Tips

If needed, get a rebounder to help their rebounding skill and their offensive awareness.
