Run down the court to the baseline and back 6 times in 45 seconds. If you don’t get it by then, do 25 pushups and repeat with 10 more seconds of leighway.

Tips

Pace yourself the first couple times down and back and then finish strong on the last 2 or 3.

Conditioning up and down the court like it was a game situation.
