Practice catch and shoot while conditioning yourself.
Instructions
Start at the free throw line and run and touch half court. Run back and the rebounder will pass you the ball at the free throw line. You will come at full speed and take a 1, 2 step before catching the ball. Jump up to your peak of vert and shoot the ball quickly. You will play +5 -5 which means if you miss its negative 1 if you make it its positive 1 and you have to make your way to either 5. If you make it the negative 5 you do 20 push ups.
