Move Side Ways

A drill that enhances ball foot work and promotes court awareness by keeping the player at face with the play.

Instructions

Facing the sidelines, raise hand and do a squat position. Keep the height of the squat while trying to move sideways. Remember not to cross feet.

Variations

While moving towards the half court, player may switch side so as to get the same amount of exercise on the other side of the body.

Tips

Do it at least 10 rounds and before practice.
