Off The Wall
This ballhandling drill is designed to improve coordination and quickness in your fingers. Thus improving your ball handling ability
Instructions
- Stand close to a wall (flat surface) with a basketball.
- Start by performing quick dribbles (bounces) against the wall.
- Try to dribble as fast as you can primarily using your fingertips.
- Start by dribbling close to you, then move further away.
Variations
Make sure to perform this drill with both hands.
Tips
Focus on quickness and coordination. Try your best to use only your finger tips to control the ball.
