Out Middle In

A shooting drill that encourages you to make it.

Instructions

You shoot a three pointer until you make one. Then you move up to the free throw line and shoot if you miss you start over, if you make it then you do a layup. If you miss the layup you start over. If you start over three times skip the three pointer. Once you do this and take only three shots then you have a good shot.
