If practiced enough it will become second nature.

Instructions

Get a defender to play tight down low defense. Do a pump fake to the left, drop back to the right and shoot. Do five on each side. Then pump fake to the left once, spin around defender and do layup. Then switch and do same thing on right side.

Variations

Mix all the directions up and don’t tell your defender what you’re going to do.
