Shooting While Tired………………….. This helps your shooting late in the game

Instructions

First you run 2 suicides, just two. Then you shoot 20 free throws, for every one you miss do five pushups. After you shoot 20, continue this drill, you can do this for jump shots too. Coninue this drill. ( Your arms will get tired.)
