How to be a free-throw great like Reggie Miller!

Instructions

EVERY SINGLE DAY shoot at least 100 free throws in certain reps. You could do 100, take a break and practice other stuff, then do another 100, practice more and do another 100 to finish off your workout.

Another thing to help your free throws is to lay down and shoot the ball in the air. This helps keep consistent form.

Variations

Shoot more than 100 at a time.

Tips

ALWAYS try for a swish. It will give you a higher shooting percentage.
