Shoot your own rebound

Better skilled players ages 12-20.

Instructions

Take 2 balls and dribble one in your strong hand and hold the other ball in your weak hand. While dribbling, throw the ball in your weak hand against the backboard and catch it (while dribbling the other one). Repeat until you are to tired that you can\‘t do anymore.

Skills

Shooting with your opposite hand and rebounding.
