Shoot

This drill will help you and your team with shooting and passing.

Instructions

2 players are under the basket, 2 players are at the foul line and 1 person under the basket who will throw the ball to the person at the foul line. He will then shoot the ball and the person that passed the ball will go to the shooting line and the person who shot with go to the passing and rebounding line and the next person under the basket will rebound the shot from the person who just shot and pass it out to the foul line and then it will go over again.
