Shot and put back

Helps you get better at putting up a jump shot and recovering the ball.

Instructions

You will have 2 players. Send one to the middle of the key. Then the other player will take a jump shot at the free throw line and go for the rebound. Even if you make the shot you will grab the ball and bank it off the backboard. The person standing in the key will then not get the rebound or block the shot but will only contest the put back.

Then you will switch players.

Make sure you pump fake before your putback.
