shot ‘n go

It’ll get you conditioned and improve your jumpshot.

Instructions

Take a shot from anywhere on the court. Then sprint to the opposite baseline and then sprint back and shoot again. Do this repeatedly.

Variations

Instead of sprinting do some pushups.

Tips

Do for at least 5-10 minutes every day.
