Shoulder touch

A player stands on the free throw line in the defensive position and he gets one minute to touch the shoulder as many times as possible.

Instructions

Player stands in the proper defensive position and defensive slide to each shoulder touching it with inside hand keep this up for 1 minute.

Do twice a session
