For intermediate ballhandlers.
Instructions
Start with your left hand, lift your right leg up and switch to your left hand without letting the ball hit the ground. Do this back and fourth.
Variations
Through the leg dribble.
Tips
Do this twenty times a day.
Skills
Develop coordination, dribbling through the legs.
