Instructions
- Run from baseline to baseline 16times (down 1 back 2)
- Then go to 8times
- Then go 4 times
- Then go 2 times
- Then go 1 time
Tips
Tell your players if they walk, they have to start over.
Skills
Running and getting in shape, and telling if your are in shape (16s are only 2 and a half times around the court).
