Running, but not really a lot.

Instructions

  • Run from baseline to baseline 16times (down 1 back 2)
  • Then go to 8times
  • Then go 4 times
  • Then go 2 times
  • Then go 1 time

Tips

Tell your players if they walk, they have to start over.

Skills

Running and getting in shape, and telling if your are in shape (16s are only 2 and a half times around the court).
