Instructions

  • The player stands and moves her legs in a scissors-like fashion, with her toes pointing straight ahead. The player should keep her back straight and should not bend over.
  • The player dribbles the ball through her legs form front to back, from one hand to the other, as she jumps and shifts her feet.
  • The player should try to complete fifty to one hundred bounces without making a mistake.

Tips

  • This is a great coordination drill, especially for big players.
  • The player should maintain control of the ball at all times.
  • The player should concentrate on quickness.
