SLIDE DRILL
Instructions
- The player stands midway between two (imaginary) lines 6-7 meters apart.
- The player assumes a defensive position with her knees bent, head up, and arms up.
- The player slides back and forth and touches the lines with her feet, maing sure that her feet do not touch each other as she slides.
- The player continues jumping in this manner for one minute, and repeats the drill 3-5 times.
