Suicide (really hard)
Used to help players improve skills.
Instructions
Start on the baseline, run to the foul line, then run back to the baseline and do 10 push-ups. Then run to half court, and instead of running back run backwards towards the baseline and do another 10 push-ups. Do this until you get to the other baseline and repeat as many times as wanted.
Skills
You work on foot movement and upper body strength which your centers and power forwards will need to get rebounds under the net. Use for fight for the ball.
Players
As many that fit on baseline.
