Instructions

Do weight that u feel comfortable with for three sets (50, each hand). Rest for 10 mins and shoot 100 threes 50 field goals everyday for a week and ull see a dramatic difference.

Tips

If it really hurts it’s good because that means ur getting stronger and that pain will go down before u no it.
