This is a drill many WNBA teams and NBA teams use to improve their stamina and ballhandling at the same time.
Instructions
Stand at the very edge of the playing surface. Dribble the ball to the free throw line pounding it down hard and sprinting all the way. When you get to the free throw line make a move (cross-over, spin move, between legs). After making the move, sprint back to the starting place and make a different move this time. Repeat 20-25 trips.
Tips
Don’t give up on it!!!In a few weeks I guarantee you will get faster and improve your ballhandling.
