Make enough shots so you don’t have to run laps!

Instructions

Get a basketball and shoot ten baseline threes from the side of your choice.

0-1 Misses= NO LAPS!
2-3 Misses= 1 lap
4-5 Misses= 2 laps
6-8 Misses= 3 laps
9-10 Misses= 4 laps

Variations

  • You can shoot from the free throw line and run as many laps as shots you miss.
  • You can also have two people shooting threes- one at each side and whoever misses the most out of ten has to run two laps!
  • If you are not at a gym and are just practicing at your house or something, you can run laps around your house instead of the court/gym.

Tips

Keep your elbow straight and get a decent amount of arc and you’ll be making 10 outta 10 every time!
